Our numbers

The two figures that decide whether we're any good

Utilisation and rework rate, across every client we deliver for, updated weekly — whether they flatter us or not.

Figures publish here weekly

Utilisation, rework rate and units delivered — aggregated across every client — appear on this page from the first delivered batch onwards, and update every week thereafter.

We could fill this space with plausible figures in the meantime. We haven't, and that is rather the point of the page.

Why publish this

Three reasons, one of them self-interested

Because everyone claims quality

Every vendor in this category says they do QC. A number you can watch move is the only version of that claim worth anything.

Because it disciplines us

Utilisation and rework are what decide whether a seat makes money. Publishing them means we can't quietly let either slide.

Because you shouldn't take our word

Anyone can write a quality promise on a website. Numbers that update every week, in both directions, are harder to fake.

How to read these

Utilisation is productive minutes as a share of available minutes. It measures us, not you — low utilisation usually means we scheduled badly or a queue ran dry.

Rework rateis the share of completed units sent back after the QC sample. Zero would mean we aren't sampling hard enough. What matters is that it is low, stable, and caught before delivery rather than after.

Figures are aggregated across all clients, so nothing here identifies anyone's volumes. Your own numbers, broken out, come to you weekly.
