Two ways to work with us

Most clients start with one and add the other. Both are billed monthly, with no setup fee and no long lock-in.

Model one

Dedicated seats

A trained person who works only on your process, full-time, from our floor. You direct the work. We handle hiring, training, supervision, attendance, payroll and cover.

  • Your tools, your SOPs, your queue
  • A named backup for every seat, so leave doesn't stop delivery
  • Replaced at our cost if a seat isn't performing
  • Billed monthly, no setup fee
Model two

Project batches

Send us volume and a spec. We scope it, run a paid pilot so you can check quality against your own gold set, then run the rest at an agreed rate.

  • Priced per unit or per seat-hour
  • Pilot batch before any volume commitment
  • QC pass before delivery, not after
  • Rework on us when the error is ours
Why a floor

A room of people you can hold to account

Crowd platforms are cheaper per unit. They are also anonymous, unsupervised and impossible to audit. Here is what an office buys you instead.

Supervised, not crowdsourced

The same named people work your process every day and get better at it. A floor supervisor checks output before it leaves the building.

Secured premises

Work happens on our machines in our office. No client data on personal phones, no files leaving with a gig worker.

One accountable vendor

One contract, one GST invoice, one person who answers the phone when something is wrong. Not a platform support queue.

Measured, and shown to you

Throughput, utilisation and rework rate every week. If quality slips you'll see it in the numbers before you see it in the output.

A day on the floor

What actually happens between your batch and your inbox

Every vendor says they do quality control. Here is the specific sequence, including the step most of them skip.

  1. 07:30

    The batch arrives

Work lands the night before or first thing. It gets scoped, split into countable units, and checked against the spec you signed off. If something in the batch doesn't match the spec, you hear about it before we start — not after.

  2. 09:00

    Assigned to named seats

Every unit goes to a specific person, not an anonymous pool. The same people work your process every day, so they get faster and more accurate at it. Each seat has a named backup, so one person's leave doesn't stop your delivery.

  3. 11:00

Worked on our machines, in our office

On your tools and your SOPs, on secured premises. Nothing runs on a personal phone and no files leave with a gig worker. The floor supervisor is in the room, not on a support queue.

  4. 15:00

    Sampled against your gold set

A supervisor pulls a sample and checks it against the reference set you gave us. This is the step a crowd platform structurally cannot do — there is nobody standing between the worker and your inbox.

  5. 16:30

    Errors go back, not out

Anything that fails the check returns to the seat that produced it, and the rework is counted. That count is the number that decides whether a seat makes money — which is exactly why we show it to you rather than hide it.

  6. 18:00

Delivered, and the day is logged

The batch goes out, and utilisation, rework rate and units completed are written down for the day. At the end of the week you get all three, unedited, whether they flatter us or not.

We're new, and we'd rather say so

Vernacore started in 2026. We don't have a decade of logos to show you, and we're not going to borrow anyone else's credibility to look bigger than we are.

What we offer instead is a paid pilot before any commitment, and our throughput and rework numbers published openly from the first week — so you can judge the work on data rather than on claims.
