A real number after one call, not three meetings

Most vendors in this category make you work for a quote. We price against your actual task and volume, and you get the figure on the first call, so if we're outside your budget you've lost half an hour, not a fortnight.

Per project, or per engineer

Fixed-scope build

A website, web app or mobile app priced as one fixed number once we've scoped it, or a dedicated engineer billed monthly. Maintenance is quoted separately once it's live.

Per seat, per month

Dedicated seats

One trained person on your process full-time, minimum two seats. Hiring, training, supervision, payroll and cover are in the rate. There is no separate management fee.

Per unit, or per seat-hour

Project batches

Priced against a spec once the pilot has told us the real throughput. Per-unit where the work is countable, per seat-hour where it isn't.

Quotes are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. Whatever we agree in writing is fixed for the term. We don't reprice mid-engagement.

The fastest route to a real number is a small first batch for operations, or a scoping call for a build. Either way we price against something measured (throughput or a fixed scope) rather than a guess.

Six things, and none of them are haggling

If you want the bottom of a range, these are the levers that actually get you there.

How specialised the task is

A clear taxonomy with few edge cases sits at the bottom of the range. Judgement-heavy work with an evolving spec sits at the top.

Whether we're on your tools

Working inside your system is usually cheaper for you than us rebuilding a workflow, and it removes a handover step.

Volume and continuity

A steady monthly commitment costs less per unit than sporadic bursts, because utilisation is what actually sets our floor.

Whether the work can be pre-filled

Some tasks a machine can start competently; some it can't. We test which during the pilot and price against measured throughput, not against a manual assumption.

Turnaround

Same-day and overnight turnarounds need slack in the roster, and slack costs money. A realistic deadline is the cheapest thing you can give us.

A build or an ongoing run

A one-off build is quoted once, up front. A dedicated seat or an app we keep running is priced monthly. Different shapes, same rule: the number comes from something measured, not a negotiation.

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

  1. 01

    Scope the work

A thirty-minute call. What the task is, what good output looks like, what volume you expect, and whether we're honestly the right fit.

  2. 02

Run a pilot, or fix the scope

For operations, a small batch or a two-seat trial month. For a build, a fixed-scope quote. Either way you commit to something small and reversible first.

  3. 03

    Ramp

We add seats or volume at the pace you need, with weekly numbers so you always know what you're paying for.

The fastest way to a real number is a short first step

Send the task and volume, or the rough shape of a build. We price against something measured (throughput or a fixed scope), not a guess.
