We hire people to run client processes accurately and consistently, and we train them from the start. No experience needed and no coding — the work is full-time and salaried.
What you'd be doing
Companies send us work their own teams don't have the hours for. Your job is to do it accurately, to a written standard.
Keying invoices into a customer's system. Labelling images or audio. Tidying a product catalogue. Checking that thousands of records say what they are supposed to say. You are trained on each client's standard before you touch live work, and a supervisor checks a sample of everything that leaves the floor.
You don't need
- Any coding ability.
- A degree or office experience.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Your own laptop — we provide the machines.
Three jobs on the floor
Most people start as a data associate. The other two are usually filled by people who have done that job well.
Data associate
Work through a queue of records, documents or recordings — entering, correcting, labelling or checking them against a written standard. Most of the team does this.
Quality checker
Sample finished work against the client's standard before it goes out. You decide what passes and what goes back.
Team lead
Run a small group — split the day's queue, keep the count, train new joiners. Experience supervising people helps.
What we look for
- Comfortable on a laptop — typing, files, a browser.
- Careful and consistent. This work rewards attention, not speed.
- Able to get to the floor each working day. On-site, not from home.
What you get
- Full-time salaried work, paid monthly by bank transfer. Not piece-rate.
- Pay at or above the statutory minimum for the role, with PF and ESI as the law requires.
- Paid training before you start on live work.
- Fixed hours, and a supervisor who knows your name.
