Start with one batch, and keep the right to walk away
You have never worked with us and we have no logos to show you. So the first step is deliberately small, bounded and reversible — here is exactly what it involves.
Five points, and none of them need a lawyer
This is the whole arrangement. If any of it doesn't suit your process, say so on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can change it.

You send
200 units, or two hours of audio, or one week of a real back-office queue — whichever is smallest for your process. Real work, not a test set. A pilot on artificial data tells neither of us anything.

We return it inside five working days
With the output, the QC sample report, our own count of what we got wrong, and the throughput we measured. You check it against your own quality bar, not ours.

You pay the same rate as production work
No discount, no markup. A discounted pilot tells you what we cost when we're trying to win you, which is not a useful number. This one is the real one.

If it isn't good enough, you stop
You owe nothing further. We delete your data within 48 hours and confirm it in writing. No notice period, no minimum, no conversation about why.

And an NDA comes first
Mutual, signed before we see a byte of your data. Ask and we'll send the draft — you don't have to start the conversation by trusting us.
Why we charge for it
A free pilot sounds generous and isn't. It makes us optimise for winning you rather than for telling you the truth, and it hides the number you actually need — what this costs when nobody is trying to impress anybody.
Paying production rates for a small, bounded batch is the cheapest honest test available. If the numbers don't work, you have spent very little to find out.
